Collins/Caxtons - Sales Representative

We have a Sales Representative vacancy within our Collins and Caxtons Printshop area of our business, selling Stationery/Furniture/Office Supplies and Printing. This is key customer facing role for a results-driven individual.

Job purpose:

    To be responsible for communicating the benefits of the company’s products and services to drive sales. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Sales Representative, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.


Main Responsibilities

  •  Serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  •  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  •  Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  •  Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and key suppliers
  •  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  •  Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal management
  •  Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
  •  Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  •  Prepare reports on account status
  •  Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  •  Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  •  Ability to purchase the best prices for items from suppliers


    Proven sales representative experience meeting or exceeding targets Excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Energetic and conscientious approach Methodical Team player Flexibility Smart appearance for client-facing position Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Email applications Driving licence Entitled/Entitled to work employment status

    Salary Negotiable

IT Technician

Sigma are looking to recruit an experienced IT professional to work as part of a team providing prompt, customer-focussed support to our client base.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with a range of software applications as well as maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting f different devices, including PCs, printers and basic network devices. You will be organised and responsive to the needs of service users, with excellent communication skills and a demonstrated team work ethic.

A flexible approach to work is also required as you may occasionally be required to work evenings and/or weekends in order to support the needs of the clients

Previous experience in a similar role and a clean driving license are essential.

An on-going training program will be provided and a competitive salary commensurate with experience will be offered.
